Alien Terrorist Removal Court deports legal US resident to Afghanistan in first-ever case

Nazira Haji Zada, a lawful permanent resident, conceded to being an “alien terrorist.”

The Alien Terrorist Removal Court deported her to Afghanistan — the first case heard by that court.
