Apple has introduced the iPhone Duo, marking its entry into the foldable smartphone market and representing the biggest design update for the iPhone since its debut in 2007. Starting at $1,999, the passport-sized device opens to reveal the company’s largest and thinnest phone display yet. The launch serves as the first major trial for John Ternus, who assumed the role of chief executive after succeeding Tim Cook. Alongside the foldable phone, Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models featuring enhanced battery life and Siri AI capabilities, as well as updates to its AirPods, Apple Watch series, and the introduction of its first touchscreen MacBook.
