Former Army Secretary Dan Driscoll made his first public appearance since resigning in August, speaking about Ukraine’s military innovations at the Yalta European Strategy forum — an annual conference in Ukraine focused on the challenges facing the country.
Driscoll appeared on a panel alongside former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and praised Kyiv’s wartime technologies.
