President Donald Trump formally announced the creation of what he called a “Super Intelligence Force,” an artificial intelligence task force designed to promote American dominance in the sector while protecting citizens and national interests. The announcement was shared via social media on Sunday, October 4, 2026, following a recent push by the administration to rebrand artificial intelligence nomenclature across the federal government. According to the president, the newly formed initiative will streamline and coordinate federal efforts to ensure the United States remains at the forefront of technological innovation. Trump compared the scale of super intelligence to major historical milestones, stating that it surpasses both the Industrial Revolution and the invention of the internet in terms of projected impact. The task force aims to safeguard public interests and enhance the daily lives of all Americans as development moves forward. Further details regarding the organizational framework and operational goals of the Super Intelligence Force are expected as the initiative rolls out across federal agencies.
